| 摘 要： | 目的研究乳腺癌组织中磷酯酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)的表达,探讨PI3K在乳腺癌发生及发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测PI3K蛋白在不同组织学类型乳腺癌(56例)、良性乳腺瘤(16例)及正常乳腺组织(12例)中的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中PI3K蛋白阳性表达率与正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性肿瘤比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),在良性乳腺瘤与正常乳腺组织中阳性表达率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同乳腺癌临床TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移PI3K蛋白表达阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PI3K蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的异常表达,说明PI3K在乳腺癌的发生及发展中起重要作用。
