摘    要:肝癌除早期手术切除外,大多需行微创介入消融治疗。而冷冻消融治疗(氩氦刀)是微创介入技术之一,冷冻消融治疗多在CT或B超引导下进行,而开放磁共振(MR I)导航下经皮穿刺冷冻消融治疗肝肿瘤技术,除无辐射性外,其最大优势在于术中对冰球大小、形态、位置的准确显示;能准确评价治疗效果。本文就其临床应用及治疗进展等方面予以综述。

Abstract:Most liver cancers need microinvasive interventional ablation besides early resection. Argon-helium cryoablation was one of microinvasive interventional technology. Early cryoablation was guided by CT or B- ultrasound. There was no radiancy in the MRI-guided percutaneous targeting intervention and cryoablation for tumor and the greatest advantage was to show the size, configuration and location of icehall exactly. Also it could estimate treatment effect accurately. This article reviews its clinical application and therapeutic progresses.
