骨肉瘤的治疗进展

骨肉瘤是一种临床常见恶性骨肿瘤,尽管骨肉瘤的治疗有了长足的进展,近80%患者能保留病肢,且5年生存率由20%左右提高到近80%,但仍有半数以上的患者死于骨肉瘤的转移和复发。治疗上采用术前、后辅助化疗,假体植入,自身骨移植及骨肉瘤灭活肢体再植等方法使保肢术成为可能,生物调节、免疫、基因治疗的应用将为骨肉瘤治疗提供了新的希望途径。

Therapeutic Progresses about Osteosareoma

Osteosarcoma is one kind of clinical common malignant bone tumors, although significant progress has been achieved in its treatment,such as,nearly 80% patients can retain sickness extremity, and survival rate is enhanced from 20% to nearly 80% , there is still more than half patient who will be died from its metastasis and recurrence. Many therapeutic mebods, such as assistant chemotherapy before and after surgery, prosthesis implantation, bone grafting and its inactivated osteosarcoma limb rcimplantation ,will provide possibility for limb saving. Biological regulation, immunology, gene therapy will provide new therapeutic possibility for osteosarcoma.
