老年胃癌患者营养评估及营养支持

摘    要:营养不良在老年胃癌患者中的表现尤为突出。目前手术治疗仍是治疗胃癌最有效的方法,营养不良不仅降低机体的免疫力,而且对术后机体的恢复亦造成不良影响。改善患者的营养状况、提高机体免疫力对患者的预后起着积极作用。因此,如何对老年人营养状况进行评估,及时对老年胃癌患者进行营养干预,改善患者营养状况和手术预后是许多临床医师关注的焦点,且提出不同的营养支持治疗观点。

Abstract:Malnutrition in elderly gastric cancer patients is obvious.At present the surgical treatment is still the most effective way to treat the cancer of stomach.Poor nutrition not only can reduce the body′s immunity,but also has an adverse effects on the postoperative recovery.Improving the nutrition status and enhancing the immunity play a positive role in the patients′ prognosis.Therefore,how to evaluate the nutrition status of the elderly patients with gastric cancer and timely nutrition intervention to improve the nutritional status and surgical outcomes in patients are the focuses of many clinicians,who have proposed different viewpoints of nutrition support.
