脐血流变化结合眼底镜检查对妊娠高血压综合征的预后价值

目的探讨脐血流变化结合眼底镜检查对妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)的预后价值。方法选择使用脐血流变化结合眼底镜检查的45例妊高征患者作为观察对象(妊高征组),与45例正常妊娠者(正常妊娠组)比较,观察两组孕产妇和围生儿的结局。结果妊高征组脐血流异常、出生时Apgar评分<7分和分娩时羊水污染的比率均显著高于正常妊娠组(χ2=7.200、3.783、10.879,P<0.05);妊高征组出现胎盘早剥、早产以及产后出血的比率均显著高于正常妊娠组(χ2=3.873、15.011、3.873,P<0.05);妊高征组出现胎儿生长受限、新生儿窒息和宫内窘迫的比率均显著高于正常妊娠组(χ2=9.615、3.873、7.200,P<0.05),两组孕产妇均未出现子痫。结论脐血流变化结合眼底镜检查能较好地预测妊高征患者产妇和围生儿的结局。

Prognosis Value on Umbilical Cord Blood Flow Change with Fundus Examination in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of umbilical cord blood flow change with fundus examination in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 45 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients using umbilical cord blood flow change with fundus examination were chosen as the observation object （ observation group ）, and 45 cases of normal pregnancy （ control group） ,observed maternal and perinatal outcome in two groups were observed. Results Abnormal umbilical blood flow,the ratio of Apgar score w when as born 〈7 and intrapartum meconium-stained amniotic fluid in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （X2 = 7. 200,3. 783,10.879,P 〈0.05） ;placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of premature delivery in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ X2 = 3. 873,15.011,3. 873, P 〈 0.05 ） ; fetal growth restriction, asphyxia of newborn and fetal distress in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （X2 =9.615,3.873,7.200,P 〈0.05） ,two groups were not pregnant. Conclusion Umbilical cord blood flow ehange with fundus examination ean better predicting maternal and perinatal outeome in pregnaney-induced hypertension syndrome.
