| 摘 要： | 放射治疗是恶性肿瘤尤其是胸部恶性肿瘤的重要治疗方法之一,在胸部接受放射治疗的过程中,心脏不可避免地受到不同程度的照射,从而引起放射性心脏损伤(RIHD)。近年来,随着大剂量放疗在恶性肿瘤中的应用,RIHN也日益增多,目前已成为肿瘤治疗的重要临床并发症,同时也是影响放射治疗疗效的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | As one of the major treatments of malignant tumors,radiotherapy is widely used nowadays,especially in thoracic tumors.However,during thoracic irradiation,the heart cannot avoid to be radiated,which causes radiation-induced heart disease(RIHD).Along with the application of large-dosage radiotherapy in malignancies,RIHD are increasing as well,which has become an important clinical complication of malignant tumors′ treatment,and one of the factors affecting the treatment effect. |
