| 摘 要： | 从我国出生缺陷的监测现状出发,对我国出生缺陷的干预模式进行探讨。我国现阶段出生缺陷以医院和人群监测为主,其监测结果有明显的地域性,其预防措施应在"三级预防"的基础上,人性化、社会化、区域化、国际化,并建立出生缺陷预警系统。

| Abstract: | This article debates the intervention mode of birth-defect based on its monitoring status in China.The monitoring of birth-defect is mainly put on hospital and crowd at the present stage in China,so its result is obviously regional.its preventive measures should be established on three-level prevention with human nature,socialization,regionalization,internationalization,which also should include the establishment of early warning system of birth-defect. |
