| 摘 要： | 质谱联用技术是一种高效分析技术,该技术利用液相色谱、气相色谱等技术的分离能力让混合物中的组分分离,并用质谱鉴定分离出来的组分,而液相色谱与串联质谱技术联用较液相色谱与质谱联用技术更能提高对复杂样品分析的灵敏度。现对质谱技术作一概述并对质谱联用技术的特点及临床上的应用予以综述。
