| 摘 要： | 细胞色素P4502A13(CYP2A13)是近年来新发现的具有代谢活化作用的细胞色素P450酶。该酶主要存在于呼吸系统,主要参与多种外源性药物及毒物的代谢。近年来研究发现,CYP2A13具有基因多态现象,这使该酶在不同人群的酶活性大小不同。而这可能与肿瘤发生的易感性大小有关。本文将着重对近年来该酶的多态性研究予以简要阐述。

| Abstract: | Cytochreme P450 2A13 （CYP2A13）is discovered in recent years which expressed predomi- nantly in the human respiratory tract. And it can participate metabolism of a variety of exogenous drugs and toxicants. Recent study showed that CYP2A13 had the phenomenon of genetic polymorphism and had different enzymatic activity during different human. It possibly malted to the tumorigenic susceptibility. This paper will expound the recent research of this zymic pelymorphism. |
