经胸超声心动图介入封堵治疗房间隔缺损和室间隔缺损的临床应用

目的探讨经胸超声心动图在介入封堵治疗房间隔缺损(ASD)、室间隔缺损(VSD)的临床应用价值。方法应用经胸超声心动图对9例ASD、6例VSD行经导管封堵术。结果 15例患者中,13例患者成功地进行了封堵,术中及术后均无并发症,无残余分流。1例ASD及1例VSD封堵失败。总的成功率为86.6%(13/15)。结论经胸超声心电图对于介入封堵治疗ASD、VSD术前病例选择和术后疗效评价起着重要作用,是一种有效的监测方法。

Clinical Aplication of Transthoracic Echocardiography Intervened in Occlusion Treatment to Atrial Septal Defect and Ventricular Septal Defect

Objective To assess the role of transthoracic echocardiography intervened in occlusion treatment to atrial septal defect(ASD)and ventricular septal defect(VSD).Methods To utilize the transthoracic echocardiography to 9 cases of ASD and 6 cases of VSD,which were treated with transcatheter occlusion.Results During 15 cases,13 cases were treated with occlusion succefully,no complication and residual shunt were observed.One case of ASD and one case of VSD did not finish occlusion.the successful rate of occlusion was 86.6%(13/15).Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography intervened in occlusion treatment to ASD and VSD,which played an important role in the preoperative selection and postoperative evaluation,was an effective monitoring method.
