全心衰竭与胆碱酯酶相关性研究

目的研究慢性充血性全心衰竭患者血清胆碱酯酶水平与心力衰竭严重程度及心力衰竭症状加重持续时间的相关性。方法测定212例患者的血清胆碱酯酶水平,分析血清胆碱酯酶水平与慢性充血性全心衰竭患者心功能严重程度及心力衰竭症状加重持续时间的相关性。结果血清胆碱酯酶水平随着心功能的下降而逐渐下降(r=-0.849,P<0.01),血清胆碱酯酶水平随着心力衰竭症状加重持续时间的延长而逐渐下降(r=-0.863,P<0.01)。结论血清胆碱酯酶水平可作为评价慢性充血性全心衰竭患者心功能及病程的较好参考指标。

Research of Correlativity between Heart Failure and Cholinesterase

Objective To study the correlativity between serum cholinesterase levels of patients with chronic congestive heart failure and the severity of heart failure,the duration of heart failure aggravation.Methods To determine the serum cholinesterase level of 212 patients,to analyze serum cholinesterase levels,the severity of heart function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure,the duration of heart failure symptoms.Results The serum cholinesterase level declined gradually with the drop of cardiac function(r=-0.849,P<0.01),and also declined with the duration increasing of heart failure(r=-0.863,P<0.01).Conclusion The serum cholinesterase levels can be a better reference index as a evaluation of chronic congestive heart failure and disease course.
