| 摘 要： | 慢性肾脏病(CKD)已经成为全球性的重大公共卫生问题。CKD和由此引起的慢性肾功能不全已经是一种常见病、多发病。在CKD基础上合并急性肾损伤(AKI)的发生率约为13%,为急性肾衰竭的第三位病因。探讨CKD基础上AKI的病因和预后的影响因素以及早期标志物检测的研究,对防止AKI的发生、改善CKD患者预后具有重要的临床意义。
