| 摘 要： | 在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中,不仅有细胞坏死,还有细胞凋亡。细胞凋亡与心肌缺血/再灌注损伤呈正比,是心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中的重要病理生理机制。如何减少心肌细胞凋亡已成为心肌保护的研究热点之一。现就缺血/再灌注损伤引起心肌细胞凋亡的证据、可能的相关机制以及参与调节的相关基因分子和信号转导予以综述。
