| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病是由多基因引起遗传性疾病,除有糖代谢紊乱之外,常伴有血脂升高。而过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)具有改善脂代谢紊乱的作用,因此PPARα与糖尿病存在一定的关系。PPARα基因多态性与2型糖尿病相关性研究进行的较多,得出的结论不尽相同。现对PPARα基因多态性与2型糖尿病的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus（T2DM） is genetic disease which is caused by genetic factors.T2DM not only has disorder of glycometabolism,but also has high blood fat.However,peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor-α（PPARα） has the function of improving the disorder of lipid metabolism.So there must be the relationship between PPARα gene and T2DM.Many researches indicate that there are relationship between PPARα gene polymorphism and T2DM.This article reviewed the progress of study in relationship between PPARα gene polymorphism and T2DM. |
