| 摘 要： | 重症患者的强化胰岛素治疗已引起越来越多的关注,但其疗效却存在较大的争议。现就重症患者强化胰岛素治疗的现状及其存在的一些争议,如目标血糖范围、获益人群、血糖监测方法、胰岛素方案、营养支持方式及药物影响予以综述。强化胰岛素治疗是否对重症患者的预后有改善,还需进一步研究证实。
