腰硬联合阻滞分娩镇痛的临床应用进展

腰硬联合阻滞分娩镇痛因其用药量小、起效快、镇痛效果确切、对运动神经阻滞轻微及母婴影响小等优点,近年来已在临床上广泛应用。随着患者自控镇痛技术的出现和成熟及新药物的临床应用,许多研究表明,腰硬联合阻滞分娩镇痛能应用于产程早期,可缩短产程并降低剖宫产率,对产妇和新生儿无不良影响,已成为目前比较理想的分娩镇痛方法,并于近几年来在国内临床趋于普及应用。

Advances in Clinical Application of Combined Spinal-epidural Block for Labor Analgesia

Spinal-epidural combined block for labor analgesia has been widely used in clinicin recent years since it has the advantages of small dosage,rapid onset,excellent analgesic effect,slight block for motor nerve and the less impact on mother and infant.With the emergence and the maturity of the analgesia technologies controlled by patients themselves and the clinical application of new drugs,spinal-epidural combined block for labor analgesia has been used in early period of labor.Many studies showed that it can shorten labor duration and reduce the rate of Cesarean section without any obvious adverse effects on mother and new born baby.Now spinal-epidural combined block has become an ideal method for labor analgesia,which has been popularized and applied domestically in recent years.
