摘    要:射波刀是近年来新出现的一种无框架立体定向放射治疗设备,它利用智能化的机器人操控直线加速器,以亚毫米级的精度治疗体内任何部位的肿瘤。它采用实时图像引导系统以及呼吸追踪系统,以2~5次剂量分割给予病灶多波束照射,同时把对病灶周围健康组织的损伤减少到最小程度,因而在治疗颅内肿瘤方面取得了良好的疗效。

Abstract:Cyberknife is a new flameless stereotactic radiation device,which utilizes intelligent robotics carrying a compact X-band linear accelerator to treat tumors anywhere in the body with sub-millimeter accuracy.It uses real-time image guidance and respiratory tracking technology,giving staged(typically 2-5)sessions by delivering multiple beams of precisely directed radiation that converge upon the lesion while minimizing injury to the surrounding healthy tissue,which has seen good effect in the treatment of intracranial tumors.
