摘    要:目的探讨恶性肿瘤发生过程中SS、GH、IgG和EGF的动态变化过程,以探究其内在的联系。方法选取Wistar成年纯种大白鼠60只。随机分为实验组和对照组。采用生物、化学、物理等方法建立癌症动物模型。在3个月、6个月、9个月、1年分别取创面组织和肿块一起送病检,并同时抽取尾静脉血送同位素室做放免检测。结果GH、EGF、SS、IgG动态曲线与肿瘤形成有一定的相关性,不同时相数值比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论恶性肿瘤的形成与各种生长激素、抑素的反馈调节、免疫抑制有关。

Abstract:Objective To study dynamic changes of SS, GH, IgG and EGF in Malignant Tumour. Methods 60 adult white Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into the experimental groups and the control group. Animal models with cancer were made by many methods of biological, chemical, physcial and so on, The tissue of wound surface and lump were cut and sent for pathological examination as well as the venous blood of tail for radioimmunoassay examination after three, six, nine months and one year. Results The curves of SS, GH, IgG and EGF is related to the growth of tumour. There is statistical significance between data acquired from different phases. Conclusion The growth of maglignant tumour is relateel to the feedback regulation and immunosuppression of various of growth hormone and somatostarin.
