| 摘 要： | 胸腰椎骨折在临床上比较常见,对它的研究也一直是骨科领域的研究热点,其治疗视损伤程度及类型而不同。近年来随着影像学和生物力学研究的进展,对胸腰椎骨折的认识也不断的深入,在其治疗方面临床上出现了一些新理论和新技术。本文就胸腰椎骨折的骨折类型、手术适应证、治疗方案选择、手术入路选择及经椎弓根椎体内植骨等方面对胸腰椎骨折的手术治疗予以综述。

| Abstract: | Thoracolumbar fracture is the common disease in clinical practice,whose research is always one of the most popular topics in the field of orthopedics. The therapy depends on the degree of injury and type. In recent years, as the advancement on imaging and biomechanics, the awareness of thoracolumber fracture has been deepened, many new therapies and technologies have been applied in clinical practice. This article reviews the type of thoracolumbar fracture, indication of operation, selection of therapeutic methods, surgical approach of thoracolumbar fracture and transpedicular interbody grafting. |
