脑缺血/再灌注损伤级联反应研究进展

摘    要:脑缺血/再灌注损伤是一个快速级联反应过程,包括许多环节,如能量/三羧酸循环基因表达上调、细胞内钙超载、兴奋性氨基酸过量释放、氧自由基生成增多、炎性细胞因子及黏附分子释放增加、凋亡基因激活等。这些环节紧密联系,互为因果,彼此重叠,形成恶性循环,最终导致脑细胞凋亡或坏死。本文就脑缺血/再灌注损伤级联反应的研究进行综述。

Abstract:Cerebral isehemia-reperfusion injury is a rapid cascade process, including increase of gene expression of energy/three carboxylie acid cycle, intraeellular calcium overload, excessive release of excitatory amino acids, oxygen free radicals, inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules and activation of apoptosis. These closely linked to each other cause and effect, overlapping each other, form a vicious cycle leading to brain cell apoptosis or necrosis. This paper reviewed the cascade of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
