白细胞介素22在肝炎发病机制中的作用研究进展

近年来发现一个新型CD4+T细胞亚群——Th22细胞,白细胞介素(IL)22是其分泌的重要细胞因子。一系列研究发现,刀豆蛋白A诱导的急性肝损害及酒精性肝炎中,IL-22具有抗炎效应并对肝细胞存活发挥着一定的保护作用。但最新研究报道,IL-22在乙肝病毒感染的小鼠模型中促进肝脏炎症发生、发展。据此推测,IL-22在肝炎中可能既有宿主防御、组织修复作用,也有促炎、致病性作用,但这看似矛盾的双重作用功能的具体调节机制并不十分明确。因此,对IL-22细胞深入研究将会有助于对肝脏疾病进一步认识,并为肝脏疾病的有效预防及治疗提供新策略。

Research Progress on the Role of Interleukin 22 in the Pathogenesis of Hepatitis

In recent years,a new subset of CD4^＋T ceils has been discovered, which is called Th22, which secretes a novel cytokine IL-22. A series of studies clearly demonstrate that IL-22 has a hepatoprotective effect against eonA-induced acute liver damage and alcoholic liver injury in mice. But according to the latest reports,IL-22 may play an important role of proinflammatory function in the mice model with hepatitis B virus. So it indicates that IL-22 plays protective and proinflammatory roles in the hepatitis, which seems contradictory,although the mechanisms of the dual functions of IL-22 cells in hepatitis are still unclear. Therefore, the further study of IL-22 will deeper our understanding of liver diseases, which would provide new strategies for effective t）reventin~ liver diseases and the treatment.
