益生菌治疗肠易激综合征相关机制的研究进展

肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的一种功能性肠病,其发病机制尚不明确,目前认为是多因素共同作用的结果,包括肠道菌群失调、肠黏膜通透性异常、肠道免疫功能紊乱、内脏高敏感性、肠道动力异常、遗传及心理-社会因素等。近年来,益生菌治疗IBS的研究日益深入。该文将从调节肠道菌群、增强肠黏膜屏障功能、调节肠道免疫功能及降低内脏高敏感性等方面对益生菌治疗IBS的机制及安全性进行阐述。

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Probiotics in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is a common functional intestinal disease. Although its mechanisms still remain unclear, it has been considered that multiple factors contribute to the morbidity of IBS, including the alteration of intestiaal flora, abnormal intestinal permeability,intestinal immune function disorder, hypersensitivity of viscera intestinal motility, and other factors such as hereditary and psychosoeial factors. Recently, advances in the research have led to better understanding of the effectiveness of probioties in the treatment for IBS. Hero is to make a review of the mechanisms of probiotics in the treatment for IBS and its safety from several aspects, including keeping the micro-ecological balance of the human body, improving the intestinal permeability, regulating the intestinal immune and roducing the hypersensitivity of viscera, etc.
