| 摘 要： | 中医将类风湿关节炎(RA)分为湿热痹阻、寒湿痹阻、肾气虚寒证、肝肾阴虚证及瘀血痹阻等5种证型。总结近20年来的研究发现,中医外治法治疗寒湿痹阻和湿热痹阻两个证型的效果较好,而治疗其他证型的报道较少,这有待临床的进一步研究。在将来,临床应在中医辩证论治的基础上,积极扩大中医外治法治疗RA的证型,为各种不同证型的RA患者提供相对科学合理的中医外治方法。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is divided into 5 types in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, they are Shirebizu type, Hanshibizu type, Shenqixuhan type, Ganshenyinxu type and Yuxuebizu type. Summary of the studies in the recent 20 years discovered that Chinese medicine external methods are more effective for Shirebizu and Hanshibizu,but there are fewer reports for other types, and further researches are needed in clinical. In the future, clinical practices should be based on Chinese medicine dialectical theory and effort should he made for more types of RA to be treated by TCM external methods,providing a relatively scientific and rational TCM method for the treatment different types of RA. |
