系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察(附10例临床分析)

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头缺血性坏死的特点,以提高对该病的早期认识和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年6月收住南京医科大学附属南京第一医院血液风湿免疫科系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头缺血性坏死10例患者的临床、用药及治疗预后资料。结果SLE合并股骨头缺血性坏死组与无股骨头坏死的对照组在临床表现、实验室检查、激素服用情况及病程的比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。介入治疗能改善髋关节的疼痛评分及放射学分级。结论超选择性药物灌注介入是治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并早期股骨头缺血性坏死的有效方法。

Clinical Study on Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(Plus Clinical Studies of 10 Cases)

Objective To study the characteristic of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)for improving the early diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective study of 10 ANFH patients with SLE,who were subjected to clinical symptom,laboratory evaluation and therapy,was carried out.Results The clinical symptom,laboratory evaluation and hormone therapy in ANFH patients with SLE had no differences from controls(P>0.05).The evaluation of VAS and radiological stages were obviously better in patients after therapy than in those before therapy.Conclusion Interventional therapy with medical perfusion is an effective method for the treatment of early ANFH in patients with SLE.
