血塞通对冠心病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白和白细胞介素6的影响

目的探讨血塞通对冠心病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法将120例冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。另选择60例健康体检正常者作为健康对照组。均参照标准的冠心病二级预防,给予对照组和观察组患者阿司匹林、他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂及硝酸酯类药物治疗;观察组另加用血塞通治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较3组受检者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平变化。结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者血清IL-6水平较对照组显著降低,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通能明显降低冠心病患者血清IL-6水平,而对hs-CRP无影响。

Effect of Xuesetong on Serum Level of hs-CRP and IL-6 in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesetong on serum level of hs-CRP and IL-6 in patients with coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods The recruited subjects were diagnosed with CAD by using coronary angiography and divided into control group and study group.A third group consisted of healthy subjects(n=60).Control group(n=60)was treated with aspirin,statins,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,β-blocker and nitrates for 12 weeks.Study group(n=60)was treated with Xuesetong and the medications same to control group for 12 weeks.The serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were compared in the three groups.Results Before the treatment,control group and study group were comparable in hs-CRP and IL-6,but significantly higher than healthy control group.After the treatment,plasma levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 decreased significantly in control group and study group.Compared with control group,serum level of IL-6 decreased significantly in study group.However,there was no difference between study group and control group in serum level of hs-CRP.Conclusions Xuesetong could decrease serum level of IL-6 in CAD patients but had no effect on hs-CRP.
