腹腔镜诊治异位妊娠临床分析

目的对比腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择我院腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗的209例异位妊娠病例,进行手术时间﹑术中出血量﹑术后恢复情况等分析。结果腹腔镜组术后自主排尿时间﹑肛门排气时间﹑下床活动时间和术后住院时间明显短于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);手术时间﹑术中出血量腹腔镜组优于开腹组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜手术比开腹手术诊治异位妊娠具有时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,是治疗异位妊娠首选的手术方式。

Analysis of Curative Effects in Ectopic Pregnancy Under Laparoscopy

Objective To explore the different clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery and conventional surgery on extrauterine pregnancy.Methods 209 patients with extrauterine pregnancy were treated with laparoscopic surgery and conventional surgery.Volume of blood loss,times of surgery and restoration of the patients were analyzed.Results Times of volunteer urination,anal exhaust,and postoperative hospitalization were shorter in laparoscopic surgery group than in conventional surgery group.There was statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion Because of the shorter hospitalization,less wound and rapid recovery,laparoscopic surgery is a better procedure for treating extrauterine pregnancy.
