| 摘 要： | 锐劲特(regent)是一种中等毒性杀虫剂,其杀虫机制能可是由于与中枢神经系统细胞膜上的γ-GABA受体结合后阻断氯离子通道,破坏了γ-GABA的神经系统抑制作用导致中枢兴奋症状,人过量接触该农药后也可出现抽搐等中枢兴奋症状,并可出现胃肠道症状;目前无特效的锐劲特急性中毒解毒药,只能对症治疗,苯二氮卓艹类和(或)苯巴比妥类药物可拮抗中枢兴奋症状。

| Abstract: | Regent is a kind of insecticide with moderate toxity.Its mechanism killing insects maybe result from its characters that it can bind with γ-GABA receptor and block chloride channel,which results in central suscitation symptom caused by the destroy of the inhibitory action of γ-GABA to nervous system.If a person have over dosage of tis poison,he will have some central suscitation symptom such as convulsion as well as gastrointestinal symptom.There is no specific antidote for acute regent poisoning now days,so what we can do is to take symptomatic treatment,in which the drugs of benzodiazepine and phenobarbitone can inhibit the central suscitation symptom. |
