摘    要:烯醇化酶是参与无氧酵解的关键酶,它是由α、β、γ三条肽链组成的5种二聚体同工酶,其中γγ型特异地存在于神经细胞和神经内分泌细胞,故称之为神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)。许多神经系统疾病,在脑组织损伤后,NSE从病变的神经细胞中溢出进入脑脊液,由于血脑屏障的破坏进入血液。使血清和脑脊液中NSE水平上升,故广泛用于神经系统疾病的诊断和预后估计。本文综述了NSE在急性脑血管病、癫痫、缺血性脑损伤、阿尔茨海默病、血管性痴呆、克雅病和颅内感染等疾病中的应用价值。

Abstract:Enolase is a key enzyme in anaerobic degradation with five dimmer isozymes made up of α, β and γ, polypeptide chains. For the γγ type has been found only in neuron and neuroendoerine cell, it was named by neuron specific enolase(NSE). In many neurological diseases,the levels of NSE increased in serum and CSF,because NSE may escape from the involved neuron and come out into blood and cerebral spinal fluid(CSF). Now NSE is widely used to diagnose and help to estimate the serious and prognosis of the neurological diseases. This article reviewed the clinical values of NSE in acute eerebrovaseular disease, epilepsy, isehemic brain damage, Alzheimer disease, Vascular Dementia, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and intraeranial infection.
