| 摘 要： | 婴幼儿良性惊厥并轻度胃肠炎是与婴幼儿急性胃肠炎相关的一种无热惊厥,胃肠炎症状表现多较为轻微,不伴有明显脱水及电解质紊乱;惊厥发生时体温正常或<38℃,多以强直-阵挛为主要发作形式。本病预后良好,无需长期抗惊厥药物治疗。本病的病因及机制的研究是今后工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Benign infantile convulsions with mild gastroenteritis are known as non-fever eonvulsions related to aeute gastroenteritis in children. In the majority of patients, the gastroenteritis symptoms are mild without obvious dehydration and disturbance in electrolyte. The temperature are usually normal or less than 38℃ during seizure, and tonine-elonie seizures are the main form. The prognosis is good and there is no need to adopt long-term antiepiletie drugs. The following researches will be emphasized on the etiology. |
