外周血单核细胞表面表达功能分子与移植排斥

摘    要:早期了解移植排斥反应,是临床医生面临的重要问题。移植排斥反应是与外周血单核细胞有密切关系,当器官移植术后发生排斥及应用免疫抑制剂后,外周血单核细胞表面表达细胞因子、主要组织相容性复合物(MHC)分子和协同刺激分子都有所变化。细胞因子如白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等有较大变化,MHC分子主要是MHC-Ⅱ分子表达升高,协同刺激分子主要为CD80和CD40 L有不同的变化。

Abstract:How to know graft rejection in earlier stage is an important problem to clinical doctor.Graft rejection has close relation with peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC),when graft rejection happened and immunosuppressant were applied after organ transplantation,cytokine,MHC molecule and costimulator on the surface of PBMC have been changed,in which Cytokines like IL-2,IL-6 and TNF have a great change,MHC molecules especially MHC-Ⅱ molecules have a high expression,but costimulator like CD_(80) and CD_(40)L have different changes.
