颅内动脉瘤外科手术及介入治疗的麻醉进展

颅内动脉瘤是颅内动脉壁的瘤样膨出。动脉瘤破裂出血的发病率高,常使患者致残或死亡。目前,对其治疗多采用动脉瘤夹闭术或弹簧圈栓塞术。麻醉方法也相应地有全麻或镇静,但不论采取何种麻醉方法,麻醉管理均很重要。因此,麻醉医师在动脉瘤的治疗过程中,需了解动脉瘤的流行病学、病理生理学、诊断、治疗及麻醉相关问题,以便更好地进行及术中管理。本文针对这些问题予以综述。

Anesthesia Advancement of Intracranial Anenrysm Neurosurgery and Interventional Neuroradioiogy

Intracranial aneurysm is the tumor-like bulging of arterial wall. It has a high incidence of rupture and often causes disability or even death. At present,we usually attempted ‘clipping＇ or ‘coiling＇ in order to cure it. The methods of anesthetist include totle narcotization and sedation accordingly,but the narcotization management is important in case of any methods. Thus, familiarity with epidemiological, pathophysiological, diagnostic, and therapeutic issues is as important as detailed knowledge of the optimal intraoperative anesthetic management. This article will review these issues.
