磁共振弥散及高分辨成像对直肠癌的诊断研究进展

直肠癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤,随着人们生活水平的提高,膳食结构发生了明显的变化,纤维性食物的摄入减少,直肠癌的发病率正逐年升高。直肠癌分期不同,临床治疗方案各异,患者生存率也有显著差异。因此,影像学检查早期发现肿瘤并行术前分期显得尤为重要,磁共振有良好的软组织分辨率,是诊断直肠癌的重要检查手段。

Research Progress of Diffusion-weighted and High-Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis for Rectal Carcinoma

Rectal carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of digestive tract.As living standard rises and dietary structure has changed greatly,intake of fibrous food is reduced.The incidence of rectal carcinoma is increasing year by year.Rectal carcinomas at different stages have different clinical treatments and significantly different survival rate.Therefore,early detection of cancer and preoperative stage are especially important.Magnetic resonance imaging has good soft tissue resolution,thas is an important means to diagnose rectal carcinoma.
