| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物除具有调脂作用外,还具有广泛的调脂外作用,并能改善慢性心力衰竭的症状和预后。近年来的研究表明,他汀类药物可减轻心肌的慢性炎性反应,改善心肌代谢,因而延缓慢性心力衰竭的进展。本文就他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的机制予以综述。

| Abstract: | The statins have wide effect besides lipid regulation, and can promote the clinical symptom and prognosis of chronic heart failure. Statins can relieve chronic inflammation of myocardium,promote myocardial metabolism,and then postpone the progress of chronic heart failure. This article reviews the mechanism of statins in treating chronic heart failure. |
