| 摘 要： | 尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(u-PA)的过度表达与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移密切相关。胃癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤,而u-PA在胃癌中高表达,研究u-PA及其作用,系统的产生调节机制及生物学功能将有助于了解胃癌的浸润转移以及u-PA系统在胃癌临床治疗方面的意义。

| Abstract: | Overexpression of urokinase plasminogen activator(uPA)is known to a high correlate closely with tumor cell invasion and metastasis.Gastric cancer is still the most common digestive tract cancer.uPA has a high expression in gastric cancer.Studying uPA system about its effect,the mechanism of its production and regulatory might be helpful to investigate the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer and its significance in the treatment of gastric cancer. |
