| 摘 要： | 术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是指术后人格、社交能力及认知能力和技巧的变化。在老年人中发生率较高,一定程度上影响其术后生活质量,本文就老年人POCD的定义、发病率、发病机制、可能的发病原因、诊断标准等方面进行综述。目前对于影响POCD的主要因素和次要因素尚有争论,发病机制方面也存在众多未知的领域,ApoE基因的特异性还不强,需寻找更理想的基因预警指标。研究POCD具有重要的医学和社会意义。

| Abstract: | The definition of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) refers to memory loss and lack of concentration that occur in patients who have undergone a surgical procedure.It occurs frequently in the elderly patients,which is a severe and life-threatening complication after an operation.This article reviews the definition,epidemiology,pathophysiologic mechanisms,etiology,and psychological tests used for diagnosis of POCD.At present,the main factors and secondary factors affecting POCD is still under controve... |
