结肠癌肝转移基因治疗研究进展

肝脏是结肠癌的常见转移器官,结肠癌一旦发生肝脏转移,常规治疗方法包括手术、化疗、放疗等效果均不理想,基因治疗为这类患者的治疗提供了一种新的治疗方法,目前研究较多的有自杀基因治疗、免疫基因治疗、抑癌基因治疗、溶细胞性基因治疗等,部分已进行临床实验,联合应用这些疗法以获得更佳的疗效,有着广阔的前景。

Study Progress of Gene Therapy for Liver Metastasis of Colon Cancer

Liver is the most common organ of the metastasis from colon cancer,once this happened,The common therapies including operation,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and so on can not achieve satisfactory outcome.Gene therapy provides a new therapeutic method for this kind of patients.Now gene therapies studied much are suicide gene therapy,immunogene therapy,anti-oncogene therapy,cytolytic gene therapy and so on,of which some have been applied into clinical experiment.Combination of these methods will achieve better efficacy and will have wide prospect.
