| 摘 要： | 甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的具体发病机制不清,目前研究认为该病是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,具有一定的遗传易感性,淋巴细胞、眶后成纤维细胞、眶后脂肪细胞、细胞因子和自身抗原抗体及吸烟是TAO发病的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) is still unclear.At present,it is regarded as the specific autoimmunal disorder with the character of the hereditary susceptibility.The lymphocyte,retroorbital fibroblasts,retroorbital lipocyte,cytokine,autoantigen,autoantibody,and smoking are considered as the important pathogenetic factors of TAO. |
