| 摘 要： | 目前干细胞移植已成为肝病治疗研究的热点。基础研究侧重于结合分化诱导剂的研究,临床研究种子细胞主要来源于骨髓或脐血,成功率有一定差异。经综合分析干细胞来源、分化诱导剂、治疗病种、结局及影响因素,认为优化干细胞来源、增强定向分化的确定性,是影响肝干细胞移植结局的关键。

| Abstract: | The research of stem cells transplantation has become one of hot topics of treatment of liver diseases.The basic research lay emphasis on the study combined with the differentiation inducers,and the clinical research on the seed cell from marrow or cord blood.The origin,differentiation inducer of stem cells,varieties,outcome and influencing factors of liver diseases treated by stem cells transplantation were analyzed.And it′s discovered that the key point for hepatic stem cells transplantation result is to optimize the origin of stem cells and to reinforce the certainty of directed differentiation. |
