成人股骨头坏死治疗的方法

成人股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)即由于各种原因导致的股骨头缺血引起骨坏死。最终股骨头变形塌陷、脱位。ANFH的治疗方法很多,意见也不统一,争论颇多。治疗方法有保守治疗和手术治疗,保守治疗有避免负重,药物治疗,介入治疗及物理疗法。手术治疗有髓芯减压术,血管束植入术,带血管蒂的骨瓣移植术,人工关节置换术等。对于ANFH早期多采用髓芯减压术方法简单有一定效果,晚期的患者采用人工关节置换术。目前随着人工关节置材料和置换技术的进步国内外的治疗多倾向人工关节置换术。但目前仍没有一种公认方法能够得到大家的认同。本文针对股骨头坏死的各种治疗方法加以综述。

The Treatment of Adult Femoral Head Necrosis

ANFH （avascular necrosis of the femoral head）means avascular necrosis is caused by different reasons, and the femoral head may collapse and dislocate. There are many treatment methods of adult femoral head necrosis and arguments on it. There are two kinds of treatments ： conservative treatment and operation, the former includes avoiding loading, interventional treatment, physical therapy, drag treatment ; the latter includes core decompression of pulp, implantation of vascular bundle, vascularized the bone grafting,artificial joint replacement. It is easy and effective to take core decompression of pulp in early avascular necrosis of the femoral bead. We often take artificial joint replacement in advanced avascular necrosis of the femoral head. With the development of purchase of artificial joints and replacement technology, we recommend artificial joint replacement. But we still have not a kind of method that everyone can agree with. The paper is a summary of all the treatment methods of aduh femoral head necrosis.
