| 摘 要： | 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率位居所有恶性肿瘤首位。外科手术是治疗胃癌最主要的手段,D2根治术作为胃癌标准术式已得到统一认识,微创技术的发展为胃癌手术带来了新的挑战。目前,以外科手术为主,辅以术前辅助化疗、术后化疗及术后放疗的综合治疗模式已被广泛认可。现就胃癌的外科治疗进展予以综述。
