胸腰段脊柱骨折AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统的疗效分析

目的探讨AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统对胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的76例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采用AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统进行治疗,并对其临床疗效进行分析。结果 65例患者随访中骨折部位无明显疼痛,中度疼痛者8例,轻度疼痛者3例;患者椎体前后凸高度分别由术前的42.1%、92.3%恢复到术后的86.2%、98.3%;患者Cobb角由术前的(23.5±3.5)°降低到术后的(1.8±0.8)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰段脊柱骨折采用AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统进行治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善患者预后。

Analysis on Efficacy of AF Pedicle Screw Fixation System for Thoracolumbar Spine Fracture

Objective To investigate the efficacy of AF pedicle screw fixation systems for thoracolumbar spine fracture.Methods 76 thoracolumbar spine fractures patients admitted to our hospital were treated with AF pedicle screw fixation system,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results 65 patients who were followed up had no significant pain in the fracture site,8 patients had moderate pain and 3 patients had mild pain.The front and back convex height in vertebra of the patient were 42.1% and 92.3% preoperatively,and turned to 86.2% and 98.3% after operation.Cobb angle of patients was reduced from(23.5±3.5)° before operation to(1.8±0.8)°after operation with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion AF thoracolumbar spine fractures using pedicle screw fixation system as treatment,can improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis.
