| 摘 要： | 人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16/18在头颈肿瘤的恶性转化过程中起很着重要的作用,HPV侵犯皮肤及黏膜鳞状上皮,早期蛋白6、7与p53作用,致使p53基因表达下调,从而促使头颈恶性肿瘤的发生、发展。本文综述了HPV的分子生物学特性和致癌机制及与头颈肿瘤的关系

| Abstract: | Human papillomavirus （HPV） 16/18 play an important role in the process of head -neck tumor malignant translation, HPV can infect skin and mucous squamous epithelium, early protein 6,7 can effect P53, then the expression of P53 decline, so accelerate the happening and development of head-neck malignant tumor. The article summarizes the relation between the molecular biology characteristic, carcinogenesis mechanism of HPV and head-neck tumor |
