中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是一种小分子量分泌性蛋白,属于lipocalin蛋白家族,在细胞内铁离子的转运、炎性反应、肿瘤的转移中发挥重要的作用。近年研究发现,在肾损伤后的近曲小管上皮细胞中NGAS的表达显著增强,且对肾脏有保护作用。NGAL能迅速、灵敏、特异地反映各种肾脏疾病的损伤及恢复过程,可成为检测早期肾损伤的可靠生物学指标及干预治疗的一种手段,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。
