| 摘 要： | C反应蛋白(CRP)是一种敏感的炎症标志物,而炎症可能是脑梗死的重要危险因素。大量的研究表明血清CRP浓度的增高可能在脑梗死的发病中具有一定的作用,并与病情的严重程度呈正相关关系。CRP水平可作为急性脑梗死病情变化及预后的一个指标。本文就C反应蛋白的含量变化对脑梗死的预测、预后、治疗做一综述。

| Abstract: | C-reactive protein(CRP)is a sensitive marker of inflammation,which maybe the important risk factor of cerabral infarction.A lot of researches showed that the increased CRP concentration maybe play somewhat effect in the genesis of CI as well as has positive correlativity with the extend of pathogenitic condition.The level of CRP can act as an index indicating the changes of pathogenitic condition and prognosis of acute cerabral infarction.This article reviews CRP about its content changes in the prediction,prognosis and treatment of CI. |
