| 摘 要： | 纳米生物技术的研究范围很广,涉及细胞的分离和染色、成像技术、病理诊断、肿瘤早期诊断、纳米药物(基因)载体与纳米药物、纳米生物材料和纳米人工组织、器官等。本文概述了目前国内外纳米技术在现代医学领域中的应用现状,尤其是在纳米检测技术、纳米诊断技术、纳米治疗技术方面的进展。在此基础上,对纳米生物技术在医学领域中进一步的开发应用提出了展望。

| Abstract: | The main research area of nano-biotechnology in medicine is involved in separating and staining cell, imaging technique, pathological diagnosis, tumor diagnosis, drug/gent-loaded nanoparticles and nanoparticle drugs, nanobiomaterials, nano artificial tissue, organ and so on. This article had made a summary of the application of nanotechnalogy in modem medicine, especially in nanomedical detection, nano-diagnosis and nano-treatment field and its research progress recently. On this foundation, nano-biotechnology of further development and application is proposed. |
