| 摘 要： | 目的探讨POEMS综合征的临床特点,提高对POEMS综合征的认识。方法对葫芦岛市中心医院2001年1月至2009年1月收治的8例POEMS综合征患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 8例患者均出现慢性多发性周围神经病、M蛋白血症、脏器肿大,内分泌异常6例,皮肤改变7例。8例患者均采用激素治疗,4例合用硫唑嘌呤,1例合用化疗,症状有所改善,疗效不持久。结论 POEMS综合征发病机制未明,临床表现复杂多样,治疗效果欠佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features of POEMS syndrome and improve the understanding of POEMS syndrome.Methods From January 2001 to January 2009,the clinical data of 8 cases with POEMS syndrome in Huludao Central Hospital were analyzed.Results There were 8 patients with chronic peripheral neuropathy,Malbumin,organomegaly,endocrine abnormalities in 6 cases,7 cases of skin changes.8 cases were treated with hormones,combined with azathioprine in 4 cases,1 case combined with chemotherapy,the symptoms ... |
