肝细胞癌分子靶向治疗的研究新进展

晚期肝细胞癌(HCC)患者预后较差,手术治疗有较高的复发率,放化疗难以使患者受益。近年已证实分子靶向治疗对一些肿瘤有确切的效果,HCC分子靶向治疗药物由于其靶点准确,不良反应小,在临床试验中取得较好的结果。HCC分子靶向药物分为单克隆抗体类和小分子抑制剂类。现对表皮生长因子受体、肝细胞生长因子及其受体、血管内皮生长因子、细胞内信号通路阻断剂等主要分子靶点的机制进行综述,并探讨分子靶向药物的发展前景。

Current Status in Molecular Targeted Therapy Against Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were poor prognosis.Surgical treatment had a high recurrence rate,radiotherapy and chemotherapy were difficult to benefit patients.In recent years,it had confirmed that a number of molecular targeted therapy had the exact effect on the tumors,and the molecular targeted therapy against HCC had also achieved good results in clinical trials,and the target was accurate,adverse reactions was small.HCC molecular targeted drugs were divided into monoclonal antibody and small molecule inhibitors.In this review,it introduced the major treatment molecular targets and mechanism of HCC as well as epidermal growth factor receptor,hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor,vascular endothelial growth factor,intracellular signaling pathway blocking agent,explored the prospects of the molecular targeted therapy.
