| 摘 要： | 弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)是较常见的一种特殊类型颅脑损伤,病情重,预后差。病理变化特征性的表现为伤后白质区域见到大量轴索回缩球(ARB)形成,但其发生机制仍在探讨中;CT和MRI可提高DAI诊断的准确率;治疗方法是目前研究的热点之一。

| Abstract: | DAI is a special kind of brain injury with severe pathogenetic condition and poor prognosis,in which the formation of ARB in white matter is the distinctive pathologic changes, but their mechanisms of DAI are under study; CT and MRI can help neun~urgeons to diagnosis DAI more accurately; At present, the therapeutics of DAI is one of hot spot of many research. |
