起搏人群数字化随访管理系统的开发和应用

目前,我国对于植入起搏器/ICD的患者随访资料,通常采用传统的纸质病历保存。大量的随访资料存在共享性差、查找速度慢、病历存放占用空间大、安全系数低、大量医学信息无法萃取利用、对患者管理不够充分等问题,急需应用先进的计算机数据库管理方法,构建合理的临床专科病案管理系统,管理相关临床资料,建立起搏人群的数字化随访管理系统。本文对起搏人群的数字化随访管理系统开发和应用作一综述。

Exploitation and Development of Digitalized Follow-up Management System for Pacing Patients

At present , follow-up data of patients with pacemaker implantation is often preserved by traditional paper case files.There are many disadvantages in this preserved method including poor sharing , slow searching speed,big space usage of case file preserving,low safety coefficient,impossible extraction and utilization of quantity of medical data and insufficient management of patients and so on.So,it is necessary to use the advanced computer database management method to built specially medical record manage system to preserve relatd clinical data,such as digitalized follow-up management system of pacing patients.This article reviews this system exploitation and application of this system.
