| 摘 要： | 长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)被作为人类基因组中重要的调控分子之一,通过多种方式发挥其生物学调控功能。研究表明,LncRNA也可作为一种竞争性的内源性RNA与非编码微RNA(miRNA)交互作用,共同参与靶向基因的调控,对肿瘤发生与发展过程产生重要影响。同时,miRNA通过大量蛋白质编码基因靶向调控LncRNA的表达,miRNA和LncRNA在调节细胞过程均有重要作用。该文在分别介绍miRNA与LncRNA功能的基础上,总结miRNA与LncRNA交互作用及调控机制对肿瘤发生与发展过程的影响。
